StableClose

Compliance intelligence for B2B stablecoin payments

Know who you're paying.
Know who's paying you.

StableClose brings the counterparty, wallet, commercial documents and external compliance evidence into one review, and surfaces inconsistencies before the payment moves.

Blockchain analytics tells you about the wallet. StableClose tells you about the payment.

StableClose is review software. It never holds, moves or converts funds, and your compliance team makes every final decision.

Example data. Names, wallets and results are illustrative.

The gap

Stablecoin payments carry two kinds of risk. Most tools only see one.

A business payment in USDC is still a business payment: an invoice, a supplier, a purpose. It also moves on a public blockchain, to a wallet with its own history. Compliance teams end up checking each side in a different tool, and nothing checks that they match.

Traditional compliance

Who is the company?

KYB, beneficial owners and sanctions screening confirm the counterparty exists and isn't prohibited. They say nothing about the wallet you're about to pay.

Blockchain analytics

Where has this wallet been?

Wallet screening shows exposure and attribution. It can't tell you whether that wallet belongs to the supplier on your invoice.

StableClose

Does this payment make sense?

The right company, the right wallet, the right amount, for a documented reason. Every mismatch is surfaced before the money moves.

Wallet association

A matching address isn't proof of who you're paying.

If a supplier's email is compromised, a fraudster can send a real-looking invoice with their own wallet on it. The invoice, the payment instructions and your payment request will all agree, and all be wrong. StableClose asks a different question: what evidence shows this wallet belongs to, or is authorized by, the intended payee?

Wallet association: CONFLICTING

The new address arrived only by email, differs from the wallet this supplier has always been paid at, and has no signed instruction or verified-contact confirmation.

Every destination wallet gets an association status

  • CONFIRMED

Independent, strong evidence: a signed payment instruction, a callback to a verified contact, or the supplier's own portal.

  • SUPPORTED

Consistent evidence without independent confirmation, such as prior approved payments to the same wallet or provider attribution.

  • UNVERIFIED

Nothing yet connects the wallet to the payee beyond the address itself.

  • CONFLICTING

Evidence points elsewhere: a changed wallet, a different owner in provider attribution, or instructions from an unverified channel.

StableClose remembers how each counterparty has been paid before.

Every approved payment adds to the counterparty's history: wallet, network, stablecoin, amount and how the instructions arrived. When a new request breaks that pattern, StableClose flags it before anyone can approve.

How a review runs

From payment request to recorded decision

  1. Verify

    Gather the evidence

Add the payment, counterparty and wallets, and upload the invoice, PO or contract. Verification and screening results arrive from your providers.

  2. Analyze

    Read the documents

AI extracts supplier, amount, wallet and terms from each document. Extracted fields are kept separate from provider evidence and can be corrected.

  3. Check

    Run the rules

Deterministic checks compare payee against invoice supplier, amount against invoice, and the destination wallet against payment instructions and the evidence that ties it to the payee.

  4. Review

    Focus on exceptions

Analysts see what matched, what didn't and what couldn't be assessed, with an AI summary that cites the evidence behind every point.

  5. Decide

    Record the decision

An authorized person approves, escalates or rejects, with a reason. Higher-risk payments go to a manager, and the full record is exportable.

Platform

Built for the people who sign off on payments

Transaction intelligence

SEND and RECEIVE reviews with payor and payee both on file. For incoming payments, confirm the transaction hash exists on-chain with the stated amount.

Counterparty verification

KYB, company registry and beneficial-owner results from your providers, each shown with its source and date, and reviewed by your team.

Wallet intelligence

An association status for every destination wallet, backed by the evidence that ties it to the payee. On-chain history out of the box; connect a commercial analytics provider for risk scoring, and until you do, the case says so plainly.

Document intelligence

AI extraction from invoices, purchase orders, contracts and payment instructions, validated against a strict schema and kept apart from provider evidence.

AI compliance copilot

Summaries, inconsistencies, missing information and questions to ask the counterparty. Every point cites the evidence behind it, and none of it is a decision.

Audit-ready reporting

A tamper-evident history of every screening, check and decision, and a compliance report per payment that an auditor or examiner can follow.

Sanctions screening runs against official government list data, with the list version recorded on every result. StableClose is built to connect to commercial blockchain analytics, KYB and company-data providers, so you keep using the sources you trust.

Who decides

AI assists. Providers inform. Your team decides.

Every action in StableClose is attributed to a person, a provider or the system. The platform enforces who is allowed to do what.
